What LocalRoof does

LocalRoof provides a local roofing directory and a requested introduction service, capped at three roofing contractors per homeowner request. The service is free for homeowners. LocalRoof does not perform roofing work, inspect your property or determine the scope of work needed.

Your project and choice of contractor

A request does not guarantee a match, response time, price or project outcome. You choose whether to engage a contractor and agree directly with that contractor on estimates, scope, payment and warranties. Check current credentials and insurance relevant to your project.

Participation and verification

Roofers may pay LocalRoof for accepted introductions. Payment does not purchase verification or a quality badge. Verified roofers may also buy a Premium listing, labeled Featured, with paid placement above other Verified listings and direct contact details on their profile. A directory listing or owner claim alone does not establish verification.

Using the service

Submit accurate information for a property and project you are authorized to discuss. Do not submit sensitive documents, payment credentials, misleading requests or another person’s information without authorization.

Roofer purchases

Review the project and stated price before accepting an introduction. Declining an offer is free. Balance packs and Premium subscriptions are optional and require checkout tied to your LocalRoof account. Contact support about account, billing or introduction questions.
