Information for your requested introduction

When you request a match, LocalRoof collects your first name, email, mobile number, ZIP, project details and consent. A street address and additional project notes are optional. We use these details to review your request, select roofing contractors, arrange introductions and follow up.

Sharing

With your consent, we may share your contact, property and project details with up to three roofing contractors for this request. Operational hosting and email services process information needed to provide the service. Cloudflare provides hosting and support email services; Resend provides transactional email delivery.

Directory browsing and analytics

Homeowner information is kept out of public directory pages and search responses. Basic page and conversion events exclude names, contact details, street addresses and free-text project notes. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public browsing performance. We omit its script on request forms, confirmation pages and pages with query strings or fragments. Source and campaign labels are saved for the session and may accompany your matching request.

Consent, questions and retained records

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of introduction consent. We review these requests and any records needed to document consent, introductions, payments or unresolved issues. Withdrawal cannot retract information already shared with a contractor. Contact that contractor directly about information it has already received.

Roofer information

Public business information may come from third-party sources or the business itself. Verification evidence is assessed separately and can expire. A listing claim records the representative’s contact details and authorization for review. Homeowner contact information is not a public business listing.
